13.10.23

The weekend kicks off for BUFC teams on Friday night with our Senior Ladies taking on Ballymote Celtic in the Sligo Bay Lobster Women’s Amateur League hoping for their first win of the league campaign. We can look forward to a very entertaining game with plenty of goalmouth action. This game is under the lights at BUFC Astro and starts at 8.15pm.

Quickly followed by the kick off at 8.30pm in Boyle where our U15s, led by Martin Toolan & Tommy Lavelle, take on Merville United on the new astro. The Ballisodare lads will hope to build on their impressive draw v Strand last time out when they equalised in the dying seconds to show their metal.

14.10.23

The U15 BUFC Girls have an early start, 9.30am, at the Astro where they take on local rivals St. Johns. Many of these girls go to school together so both set of teams will be looking to take home the bragging rights.

At 11.00am our U13 Girls take on Carrick Town at BUFC Astro. This game will be end to end and the BUFC will be hoping their superior firepower will win the day.

Our U12 Red Team are in their travels and will hope to make the journey to Maree Oranmore a fruitful one. No matter what the result it will be a great day out for the squad in the SFAI Subway Boys U12 Cup.

15.10.12

On Sunday morning our Senior team will hope to keep their winning streak and move further up the Sligo Pallets Premier League by taking all three points from their away trip to the Showgrounds in Carrick to take on "The Town" at 11.00am.

Eamonn Johnston & Mossy Egan bring our U16s on their travels to take on Athenry at 12 noon in what promises to be a great challenge for the Boys of Ballisodare and one they are relishing.

Plenty of our girls are lending their vocal support to Sligo Rovers Womens team in their quest to reach the final of the Womens FAI Cup. They take on Athlone Town in the Semi Final at 6pm in the Showgrounds. We would like to wish Steve Feeney, his management team and all the squad the best of luck.

We also like to wish the management and squad of Owenmore Gaels, including the BUFC contingency involved, the very best of luck when they take on Ballymote Round Towers in the Junior A Final at Markievicz Park, Throw in 3.30pm.
