Ballisodare United FC needs your help ⚽ (Volunteers needed)
As a community-based club, Ballisodare United FC values the work of its many volunteers. We are always seeking volunteers to get involved and to provide their help and expertise.
Apart from the passion that being involved with your local club brings, the work of volunteers helps the club benefit from the skillset our members have. Whether you’re a parent of a child playing with the club, a member of the local community, have a passion & skillset in a specific area, Ballisodare United FC need volunteers to assist with the day-to-day running of the club and the teams.
There are many benefits to being a volunteer in a Club:
• giving back to the community
• social contact with likeminded people.
• feeling pride at a club’s growth
• an opportunity to coach future stars
• being able to pass on skills and knowledge
We have many players, parents and supporters with a diverse range of backgrounds, interests, skills and experiences that can help Ballisodare United FC continue to develop as community club for the people of Ballisodare, Collooney, and the surrounding areas.
In 2025 the club celebrates its 50th Year Anniversary and will do so with 20 teams and 350+ players from ages 4 upwards.
Additionally, our club members contribute to various working groups and sub-committees such as Facilities Development Committee, Finance Committee, Coaching Committee and VEO* Management Committee (*sports camera operations) We have roles available for all levels of time commitment and experience.

Ballisodare United EGM takes place on Monday 19th August at 8pm in our clubhouse at the astro pitch (F91YK76).
