Friday brought our July Summer Camp to a close and while the last day was not the best weather wise the participants continued to show exemplary behaviour and great application to the fun drills that were put on.

Our Summer Camp focuses on providing a fun drills & exercises where the kids can develop self-belief, confidence, decision making, teamwork, friendships, motor skills, movement, listening, communicating, adaptability and thinking for yourself etc. led by young coaches who are playing with the club and understand the kids at their level.

On Friday we presented the Camp Participant of each Group which was voted for by the coaches. This was a very tough decision for the coaches as the winners were not going to be judged on your typical most skilful player but on aspects such a team work, attitude, can do attitude, helping others out, encouraging, listening, looking to improve, improvements, smile on your face, punctuality back from breaks etc

We could have given prizes to ALL PARTICIPANTS BUT THE LUCKY WINNERS WERE:

Boys Grey: WIKTOR GRABOWSKI

Boys Yellow: LINCOLN BARLOW

Boys Green: CHARLIE CASEY

THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO AIDAN KENNY & PAUL CUNNINGHAM FOR ALL THEIR WORK IN BACKGROUND BRINGING THIS TOGETHER, TO ALL THE COACHES WHO WERE EXEMPLARY OVER THE 5 DAYS AND TO THE PARENTS & GUARDIANS FOR THEIR COMMITMENT IN GETTING THE KIDS TO AND FROM THE CAMP, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THANK YOU TO THE CHILDREN OF BUFC FOR AN AMAZING FIVE DAYS. 👏👏👏👏
