Dromahair FC 0 Ballisodare United 12

On a wet Thursday evening our Red team entered the coliseum in Dromahair astro to take on Christophe’s Dromahair U12s in their final pre season game.

Management approached this game with the intentions of blending together what the squad have been doing in training for the last 5 weeks and and boy was this done this to a absolute tee.

Encouraging the lads to relax on the ball, have confidence in possession and in their passing the pre match talk obviously was meticulously observed as we passed our way through the thirds and in behind Dromahair's defence for the opener by the always in form, Stephen Gillespie.

The score line is irrelevant to us it was all in our shape and movement, which was a joy to watch. Poetry in motion.

Man of the match as chosen by management goes to Teddy Healion at centre half. Showing maturity beyond his years he diligently organised his defence, kept our shape and absolutely nothing got past him.
